Ray has been instrumental in determining the design direction of several award-winning interior and building designs. His experience includes work on high-rise architecture, residential architecture, residential interiors, and corporate interiors. He is passionate about design and totally committed to the creation and delivery of design solutions that support client's business and home environments.
He was the design director for Berger Rait Design and project architect for several New York firms including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. After 13 years of architectural practice he joined the Design and construction group at Merrill Lynch and for 5 years was responsible for the strategic design direction of the Headquarters Real Estate Portfolio, developing standards, reviewing programs space plans, and obtained products and services.
Ray Lockwood has been a licensed architect since 1987. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University in 1983.
